Job Objective
MCC has extensive experience in manufacturing and delivering high-quality semiconductor products, with a broad marketing and sales network across China, the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
We are seeking an Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales, based in Italy. Training will be provided.

What will you do:
* Work with MCC's distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
* Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
* Research and develop new customers and business segments.
* Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
* Handle customer issues effectively.
* Meet sales targets (booking/billing).
* Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
* Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.
* Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
What will you bring: Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or semiconductors.
* At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge
* Basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.).
* Understanding of market applications, parameters, and customer uses of power devices.
Abilities & Skills
* Proficient in office software.
* Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
* Knowledge of quality tools such as the seven QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why, etc.
* Project management skills, PMP certification preferred.
* Strong project and personnel management, interdepartmental coordination, and communication skills.
