H3We are looking for a part-time Business Developer to help us bring our exceptional web application development services to the market. /h3pJoin us to transform ideas into high-quality products! This challenging and rewarding task will see you working with a vibrant team that shares attention to detail, focuses on quality, and seeks continuous improvement. /ph3Who you are /h3ulliYou are a passionate strongBusiness Developer /strong whose main responsibility will be increasing our ability to strongreach prospects and maintaining a long-term pipeline /strong. You will be focused on prospecting, engaging in lead management, and collaborating in structuring our offerings. /liliYou will work together with our founders and the sales and marketing team in reaching our sales goals, and with the rest of the team (delivery and technical experts) on strongdeveloping offer proposals /strong that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale. /liliYou will collaborate in conducting prospecting activities to strongidentify potential clients /strong and determine their needs, as well as follow through by making new connections within our existing client portfolio to discover new business opportunities. /liliIdeally, you will be engaged on a freelance, part-time contract for 1 or 2 days per week. /liliYou have good strongclient relations experience /strong that will help you discuss their business needs, manage cold contacts, and deal with lead management and sales processes. /liliYou have worked with strongtools /strong such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and Notion. /liliYou have experience working in sales with startups or small-sized companies in the strongcomputer software /strong, strongICT /strong, or strongtech consulting /strong fields. /liliYou have a good knowledge of the strongsoftware market /strong and its dynamics and you are strongpassionate about software and IT products /strong and have a good understanding of technical topics. /liliYou can leverage vertical skills in engineering and strongsoftware product /strong development (these are not required, but they are assets if you have them). /liliYou speak strongItalian /strong fluently and strongEnglish /strong proficiently. /li /ulh3Who we are /h3ulliWe love stronglearning new skills /strong and strongsharing our knowledge /strong. /liliWe strongtake on challenging projects /strong and strongdevelop them in-house /strong. Building a high-performing development team is crucial for creating successful software products. /ppTo achieve this, we take numerous steps to nurture a team that can realize your vision, from recruiting the right talent to cultivating a positive team culture. Therefore, we prefer establishing impactful, long-term partnerships through project-based collaborations rather than providing body rental services. /ppSpeaking Italian is necessary if you are considering a position at Buildo, as it is the primary language used within the company, even though we use English extensively with our international clients.
