It has a strong focus on sustainability. /p pIf you are an energetic and passionate person, enjoy working in international and cross-functional environments, have goals and are determined to achieve them, have a business approach characterized by respect, trust, and ethics, and are ready to proactively tackle challenges, we are ready to welcome you! /p h3MARKET AND BUSINESS DEVELOPER /h3 pWe are looking for a Market Business Development professional to accelerate growth in a specific, high-value market segment across Europe. /p pIn this role, you will act as a key commercial and strategic partner, shaping market development, strengthening relationships with strategic customers, and positioning our solutions as high-value offerings for brand owners. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive business growth in new and higher-value markets and segments within a dedicated market area /li liAct as the main point of contact for Key and Strategic Accounts in Europe within the assigned business scope /li liLead and manage new business sales inquiries related to the specific market segment /li liCoordinate sales activities with Area Sales Managers across Europe to ensure alignment and scalability /li liCollaborate closely with Product Management to ensure strategic fit and long-term business development /li liManage pricing inquiries in line with Product Management strategy /li liWork with RD and Technical teams to improve product performance based on market needs, customer feedback, and competitive activity /li liPartner with Product Management and Marketing teams to identify and support events, tradeshows, and marketing initiatives that foster growth and market visibility /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience in market development and building strong relationships with brand owners /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally /li liStrong strategic mindset, with the ability to move beyond transactional selling and position solutions as value-driven offerings for high-potential segments /li liFluency in English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, etc.) are a plus /li liA dynamic, proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, international environments /li liSolid market intelligence capabilities, including the ability to identify early signals in competitor activity or evolving regulations /li liWillingness to travel /li /ul pThe processing of candidates' personal data will be carried out in compliance with current legislation.
