About the Role
">
* Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts.
* Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities.
* Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
* Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders.
* Propose, organize and participate in trade shows, events and promotional roadshows.
* Generate, develop and nurture new market opportunities.
* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.

About You
">
* Masters or Bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering.
* A minimum of 3 years proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture) is a must.
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.
* Results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.
* Possesses strong negotiation and excellent face-to-face communication skills.

Travel Requirements

This position requires frequent travel in Italian speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partner/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.">
