This role in summary
For our Refrigeration Category in Beko Europe, we are looking for a Regional Commercial Product Marketing Senior Analyst. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Commercial PM for Refrigeration, you will play a key role in the product organization. You will focus on specific cluster/market(s) to grasp, consolidate and reflect local needs into new product introductions and range catalogues for the Europe region. You will collaborate cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams (e.g. Marketing, Supply chain, R&D;, Finance), to drive the business growth of the largest MDA category in Europe.
Your responsibilities will include
Market Analysis & Consumer Insights
Perform market analysis and identify local product and commercial gaps and opportunities
Support consolidation and prioritization of those insights as inputs to the global product strategies
Product Roadmap & Commercial Guidance
Conduct competitive benchmark to define a competitive price positioning guidelines
Coordinate cluster/country-based business cases for new product introductions - guiding pricing, volume potential, and SKU range definition
Provide regional commercial guidance to local markets, ensuring roadmap execution in alignment with brand strategy and financial KPIs
Range Management & Go-to-Market Execution
Plan phase-in phase-out and process new SKU definitions
Supervise new product launches in the cluster, ensuring timely delivery of B2B and B2C assets
Drive range management across EU countries by defining and addressing local product needs and governing SKU complexity
Sell-In Performance Analysis & Forecasting
Analyze sales data to identify trends and build accurate projections based on market forecasts and product strategies.
Perform gap analysis to highlight unmapped range and commercial needs of Europe range catalog
Minimum requirements
Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
2-5 years experience in a Marketing/Product management role preferably in Consumer Electronics sector (or similar industry) or Consulting
Excellent knowledge of main MS office tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
Fluent English
