Responsibilities
* Supervise the growth of the Region by coordinating the AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and by managing a portfolio of existing customers and adding new prospects in MORE, the Vendor Management Inventory system of Marcolin for its best Accounts.
* Coordinate the AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in the management of the assigned portfolio of customers, following weekly automatic replenishments to customers’ stores/warehouses.
* Provide the Regional Commercial Coordinators with detailed analyses on project development in the markets, regional sell-in and sell-out reports, and status of customer activations in MORE.
* Based on commercial guidelines, approach new Key Accounts to include in the project.
* Maintain and promote a direct relationship with Key Accounts to guarantee the functional performance of the system and ensure alignment of assortment quality, coverage, stock levels with customer expectations; identify and assign coherent KPIs.
* Identify potential drivers for sell-out and performance improvements, analyze sales data and opportunities, report optimizations to KAM/Sales Manager, and support implementation.
* Optimize procedures in the different markets by coordinating AoR referents within the Region.
* Integrate the needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning and Logistics).
* Act as a solution provider for specific customer needs and determine how to integrate them with company procedures.
Qualifications
* Knowledge / Experience in Category Management and/or Sales Analysis.
* Experience in coordinating a small team.
* Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Problem solving and commercial mindset with an analytical approach.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Objects.
* Project management skills.
* Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic attitude; ability to listen and manage a commercial relationship.
