We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and grow the commercial operations of a leading company in the medical imaging diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales leadership, team management, and compliance within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and inspire the national sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
* Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and procedural rigor
* Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Affairs
* Report directly to the President, providing regular updates on performance and market trends
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in a leadership role
* Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong commitment to transparency, procedural discipline, and regulatory compliance
* Experience in the medical imaging or broader healthcare/medtech industry is highly preferred
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Willingness to travel nationally as needed
