We’re currently looking for a Technical Project Consultant to support and oversee transversal projects across different plants in Turin, for a major player in the automotive industry.
* Manage and monitor several cross-functional projects (involving different vehicle & production lines)
* Work closely with various teams: Quality, Production, Safety, etc.
* Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives
* Help identify and improve cost-related factors (labor costs, operational inefficiencies, etc.)
* Consolidate and challenge teams to extract key data and actionable insights
* Structure reporting and present progress clearly and effectively
* 3 to 5 years of experience in project or operations management
* Background in automotive or complex production environments (a plus, not mandatory)
* Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (core tools for reporting and tracking)
* Fluent in English (working with diverse teams across sites)
* Strong communication and leadership skills – ability to challenge teams constructively
* Energetic, hands-on, and pragmatic mindset
