Accountabilities
Own and develop the relationship with 3–5 global key accounts, becoming the primary point of reference for all commercial, technical, and coordination matters.Understand customer needs across regions and industry applications, identifying opportunities to expand the business and strengthen Ammega's share of wallet.Lead the solution‐design process in collaboration with R&D, Product Groups, and Operations, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into feasible, profitable, and timely proposals.Coordinate the resolution of technical or service issues, ensuring that the appropriate internal functions respond with speed, competence, and transparency.Drive and monitor global project execution, facilitating consistent communication with customer stakeholders and ensuring delivery of agreed milestones.Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, promoting customer satisfaction and informing internal teams about trends, risks, and opportunities.Support global pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and long‐term agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial policies and value‐based selling approach.Enable cross‐regional collaboration, ensuring that local sales teams are aligned, informed, and supported in the development of the assigned global accounts, by maximizing the sales at local customers.
