Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Area, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to follow our KSA projects.
The selected candidate will serve as Project Manager (PM) for Metro Riyadh Design & Build and Metro Riyadh Maintenance Projects.
The role will involve the following main activities:
1. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams in matrix organizations, with staff present in KSA but also in Italy.
2. Planning and monitoring of time, costs, deliverables and project risks.
3. Supervision and coordination of all project activities with preparation of progress reports and contract management.
4. Responsibility for the economic-financial result (turnover, revenues, costs, margin, collections) compared to the initially planned baseline; monitoring and management of variances and related mitigation actions.
5. Customer focus, customer intimacy and customer satisfaction.
6. Structured reporting, towards the Line of Business project management, with reference to ongoing activities, economic data and the general progress of the project.
7. Support in the bidding phase for tenders and complex pre-sales activities in the reference area
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
8. Degree with technical/engineering background;
9. Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing complex global security projects for critical infrastructures.
Technical skills:
10. In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems/platforms and industrial automation
11. Experience in the management of mission-critical communication networks (e.g. Tetra, MCX, LTE/5G, FRMCS...)
12. Knowledge of physical security systems: CCTV, Video Management System, Public Announcement, Public Information
13. Knowledge of industrial cyber security best practices and related standards
14. Knowledge and ability to manage overall contracts according to international standards (e.g. FIDIC or similar).
15. Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera or similar) and monitoring of the physical-economic trend of the order (e.g. Earned Value KPI)
16. Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
17. Preferential elements are having worked on orders having General Contractors/EPCs for Clients and having gained experience in changing management on/with complex contractual structures
18. Knowledge of the Riyadh metro area is also a preferential element.
Language skills:
19. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Knowledge of Arabic may be an advantage;
20. Knowledge of Italian is a preferred element

IT Skills:
