We have opportunities for career growth through our diverse businesses which manufacture and service many well-recognized brands. /pbJob Summary /b ulliAnalyze market trends in the Food Beverage sector, assess their business impact, and define an effective market entry and expansion strategy /liliIdentify and prioritize growth verticals such as food packaging and beverage processing. /liliPerform portfolio analysis and build a targeted roadmap to prioritize opportunities by revenue and margin potential /liliManage and grow Key Accounts within the Food Beverage sector by facilitating internal and external collaboration, ensuring full alignment with customer needs /liliProactively identify and win new Key Accounts while ensuring their sustained development /liliSeek and leverage cross-segment synergies across Life+ and other business units /liliEnhance internal teams’ application knowledge in these markets by providing subject-matter guidance, customer insights, and training /liliCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute vertical-specific strategies and collaterals /liliRepresent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences relevant to Food Beverage, providing subject-matter expertise /li /ul bResponsibilities /b ulliMarket Analysis /li /ul pAnalyze Food Beverage applications to identify growth opportunities /p pEvaluate verticals for resilience, regulatory trends, and sustainability relevance /p pMonitor competitors and product gaps to support sales and portfolio strategy /p pShape market segmentation and value propositions /p ulliKey Strategic Account Management /li /ul pSupport Sales in managing key accounts /p pProvide insights on applications and markets to shape account strategies /p pLead acquisition of new strategic customers and develop strong business cases /p pAdvise Portfolio Leaders on trends, applications, and competitor positioning /p pSupport new product development and business case creation /p pAlign pricing and value strategies with Sales and Product teams /p pDeliver targeted training and technical support to enhance sales effectiveness /p pAddress capability gaps with tools, coaching, and tailored materials /p ulliMarketing /li /ul pCollaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and collaterals /p pPromote brand visibility through exhibitions, digital content, and vertical-specific outreach /p ulliTraining Communication /li /ul pCreate and update training for Food Beverage topics /p pAct as a technical and market expert for internal stakeholders, customers, and external audiences (e.g. speaking at conferences, webinars, customer events) /p bCritical Outputs Achievement Required /b pProven vertical strategies leading to measurable revenue and margin growth /p pStrengthened position in Food Beverage through key account wins and market visibility /p pEstablished internal competence across teams through regular training and collaboration /p pTrusted subject‑matter expert recognized by internal and external stakeholders /p bEducation and Experience /b ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/commercial field /liliMinimum 5+ years of experience in market development, product management, or technical sales, preferably within industrial applications such as vacuum, compressors, or sustainable technologies /liliProven track record in managing strategic accounts, identifying market opportunities, and influencing cross‑functional teams /liliExperience in the Food Beverage industry is required; knowledge of food packaging applications is a strong advantage /liliInternational business experience and proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus /li /ul bTravel Work Arrangements/Requirements /b pWillingness to travel up to 50% across EMEAI /p ulliStrong leadership and team collaboration skills /liliHigh commercial and strategic awareness /liliAbility to work across departments and influence without authority /liliStrong analytical and communication skills – both written and verbal /liliConfident public speaker, trainer, and customer‑facing communicator /liliHighly self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and adaptable /liliFluent in English; other European languages are a plus /li /ul bWhat we Offer /b ulliDynamic international working environnement /liliSmart Working Policy and flexible working time /liliEquity Grant program /liliInternal canteen /li /ul pIngersoll Rand Inc.
