While they maintain their autonomy, they leverage the resources, support, and scale of their parent company to drive growth and success in their sector." This client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for their expanding Air and Ocean Freight operations. As part of an exciting phase of growth, this company is looking for a hands-on senior commercial manager who can work autonomously and drive the development of new verticals. Sales Approach : Drive the development and growth of multiple products and freight sales strategies, ensuring consistent business expansion in new and existing markets.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including those in specialised sectors such as food and beverage, project cargo, luxury goods, etc.
Team Leadership : Act as a senior figure in the office, supporting a small but growing team while fostering a collaborative and high-energy sales culture.
Market Expansion : Specialisation: Experience or specialisation in certain verticals such as food and beverage, project cargo, or luxury goods would be advantageous.
Based on experience, with a lucrative commission structure.
