Nestle Waters & Premium Beverages_ Italian Premium brands (S.Pellegrino, Sanpellegrino, Acqua Panna) Contract : 1 year temporary contract from Sept 2025 Position Snapshot - Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, in Milan - At least 2 years experience in Marketing/Innovation - Effective Communication in English and Italian - Location: Milan - Italy Position Summary Contribute to shape the long term Global Portfolio Strategy for Italian Premium brands (S.Pellegrino, Sanpellegrino Italian Sparkling Drinks, Acqua Panna), supporting the development of the Global innovation pipeline and collaborating with local marketing teams all around the world to nurture and ensure alignment with global innovation plans and priorities. The Portfolio Brand Manager reports to an International Senior Portfolio Brand Leader. A day in the life of International Portfolio Brand Manager: - Contribute to build the Global Portfolio strategy with a strong focus on Global Innovation/Renovation strategy for International Italian Premium brands - Support in building 3 years Brand Innovation Pipeline, defining new branded concepts and desired product attributes in line with brand positioning, and brand personality and shape the ideal marketing mix that can fuel a coherent and strong brand building and generate incremental and profitable growth in medium and long term. - Define size of opportunity and ability to win in all the main geographies for potential new innovations or range extensions, through deep understanding of local specificities ( Competitive scenario, Consumer insights, Commercial reality, Legal and regulatory environment). Attend focus groups and work closely with Innovation project managers to refine concepts and products based on technical / regulatory constraints and consumers’ feedback. - Cascade Global Portfolio strategy updates to local markets and support them in defining launches priorities and measuring business potential,ensuring constant alignment with global strategy and priorities. Consolidate local commitments & plans into a global picture. - Maintain strong relation and coordination among the different internal functions ( Innovation project managers, Marketing team, Sales development team, Consumer Insight team) as well as local marketing teams across all the phase of new products development & preparation, to build and execute a consistent launch plan (product, packaging, communication and in store execution), ensuring a tailored and successful launch of new products in each market. Monitor launches performance in markets and collect learnings for further line extensions /new developments. - Collaborate with Commercial Development Team to build category and channel strategy, in line with brand ambition, strategies and innovation pipeline - Support the preparation of Portfolio Strategy updates to be shared with the different stakeholders and for key global meetings (Ex: Global Marketing Council) What will make you successful - Experience in managing complexity and dealing with cross functional teams & projects - Good strategic thinking and analytical skills. - Good communication skills, and problem-solving attitude - Comfort with ambiguity, while remaining results oriented - Highly collaborative, active player in cross-functional teams - Curiosity, Flexibility and Empathy - Understanding of cultural differences.
