1. Responsibility for providing excellent customer support within the assigned region

Your expertise:
4. Manage and finalize the whole sales process with customers and agencies
5. Support key tenders participation
6. Strengthen existing customer relationships and aquire new customers within assigned region
7. Conclude sales negotiations succesfully
8. Maintain and strengthen relationships with our professional dealership partners including onsite tutorials
9. Aquire and process market and customer data within the CRM system
10. Analyze market structures and competition and identify market potential
11. Develop and maintain the sales network for the assigned region including constumers, influencing leaders and professional dealers.
Your Profile:
12. Successfully completed college or university degree, ideally in a Science field
13. Ideally additional completed trainings in customer relationship management, negotiation
14. Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen
15. At least 5 years of experience in biotechnology or molecular biology sales & in managing external agencies
16. Excellent command of English, suitable for negotiation
17. Well versed in using MS Office products and CRM-systems
