Overview:
The Buyer Assistant will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager and he/she will be responsible to support buyers in the procurement process.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
- Order management using the E-Procurement system
- Administrative support
- Perform tenders and conduct simple negotiations
- Assist buyers throuhout tendering and bidding processes
- Support buyers in suppliers scouting and evaluation activities
Job Requirements:
- Education: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Communication is preferred
