Ph3DIRECTOR OF SALES MARKETING /h3 pRocco Robusto Hotels is looking for talented individuals for the upcoming opening in Liscia di Vacca, Porto Cervo, Sardinia. Located in one of the most stunning coastal areas of Sardinia, the new resort, opening in 2027, will offer an exceptional hospitality experience. The property will feature a state‑of‑the‑art spa, dedicated meeting and events spaces, three restaurants highlighting fresh, local ingredients, and a rooftop bar with breath‑taking views of the Sardinian coastline. Designed to combine luxury, comfort, and the beauty of the surrounding landscape, the resort will provide a unique environment where guests can enjoy both relaxation and engaging experiences. The new property is set to become a new landmark of refined hospitality on the Sardinian coast. /p h3Main Purpose /h3 pAs Director of Sales Marketing you will lead the sales strategy of the property, balancing revenue growth through account management, brand positioning and market presence. Working in close collaboration with the Proactive teams to support each step of the ‘enquiry life cycle’ when and if required. /p pReports to: General Manager and in dotted line to the Area Director of Sales, North Italy /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the hotel through key account management and account development. /li liCultivate, maintain and leverage strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts and industry partners to support long‑term business development. /li liResponsible for selling and negotiating on the phone and email. /li liOverall responsibility for the sales processes within the ‘Enquiry Life Cycle’, from the initial lead to handing over to the Event Services Team including the post event follow up. /li liMonitor hotel performance and propose corrective actions when needed, in collaboration with Revenue Management and general Manager. /li liCollaboration with Event Services Team to ensure weekly handover meetings take place of confirmed residential and room only leads. /li liResponsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve property budget. /li liUndertake all training relating to the role – selling, negotiating, site inspection and revenue training. /li liDrives the development of new and prospective markets. /li liWorks in continuous collaboration with Group and Event Sales team to ensure the converting and managing of group business. /li liDemonstrate strong emotional intelligence by effectively managing diverse teams, navigating challenges, and supporting personal and professional growth. /li liDrive business development initiatives to ensure inquiry volumes remain high and continue to grow. /li liFoster cooperation within the team and with other departments to deliver service excellence. /li liDrive the SM team to achieve targets and objectives agreed with the Area Director of Sales. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract according to C.C.N.L.
