Discover more about usThe RoleWe’re looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage part of the Kampaay customers portfolio, being the point of reference for our clients with the main objective of managing their business needs and to be their consultant for the event requests supported by our Operations team.Thanks to your deep knowledge of the event world, you will be the best consultant for our customers, able to plan their yearly event calendar, guarantee quality and effectiveness using our platform.LocationThis is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan, but we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible.What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Key Account ManagerBe an expert in managing your own customer portfolio to expand Kampaay customer spending.Manage customer relationships and work closely with them to implement their spending budgets.Lead the platform onboarding process (up to 100+ users per company) and initial customer engagement to build long-term relationships.Manage and implement activities included in the customer contract to consolidate the partnership and serve as their key point for event-related needs.Expand accounts to improve their spending year over year.Report and forecast each client’s wallet to monitor trends and predict future performance.Manage customer contract renewals.Gather feedback on our service and platform for ongoing improvement.Collaborate with our Client Key Operations team on event delivery, expansion strategies, and customer care.What We’re Looking For8-10 years of experience as an Account / Event Manager, Key Account Manager in the event industry, agency, or similar.Solid experience in managing Key Accounts at a commercial level, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting clients.Strong understanding of event complexities, supplier needs, and budget setting to act as a client consultant.Passion for digital innovation solutions and eagerness to leverage technology to enhance the event industry.Proficiency in digital solutions and a continuous desire to learn about new innovations.Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (B2+).What You’ll GetCompetitive salary package.Flexible hybrid working policy and a casual, comfortable office environment.Inclusive environment focused on parity, with nearly 50% women in the team.Career growth opportunities aligned with your aspirations.Weekly seasonal fruit and daily coffee and tea.Company-provided laptop, monitor, and phone with setup flexibility.Health assistance program covering healthcare expenses.Wellness perks, meal vouchers (€8/day), and support programs.A team-first culture emphasizing transparency, collaboration, ownership, and regular team events.Why Join Us?
