Create and manage visual assets that reflect our brand identity across every channel : social media, email campaigns, website, events, merchandise, presentations, eBooks, reports, among others. Ensure a cohesive visual language across offline and digital materials. Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver standout content that supports business goals. Maintain ownership of design processes from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with brand guidelines. Contribute to strategic thinking on how design supports brand activation and audience engagement. Main requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic or brand design, with a portfolio that showcases your technical skills. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress. Solid experience in both digital and traditional formats. Familiarity with funnel-driven design and visual assets for ads, lead gen, events, or community activation. Strong eye for detail, creativity, and consistency. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with ease. Good communication skills in English and Portuguese. Nice to have
Interest in the tech industry and emerging digital trends. Experience designing for technology brands. Experience with Web Design, Video Editing or Motion Graphics. An ability to turn complex ideas into clean visuals. A solid sense of humour and an eye for bold, memorable aesthetics. We like designers who challenge the obvious.
