Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is recruiting Food Service Experts/Chef de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in June.
What you'll do
* Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
* Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
* Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
* Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
* Order and restock outlet inventory.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you'll need
* Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
* A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
* At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
* A safety-first approach.
* Positive outlook and dependability.
* Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
