Territory Manager – Italy (Agriculture)
To strengthen our position in Italy's agricultural market, we are looking for a Territory Manager with expertise in used agricultural machinery.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the agriculture equipment business, a strong existing network, and a hunger to grow.
As Territory Manager, you will offer tailored solutions to prospects and customers for selling used agricultural equipment principally by unreserved auction.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, using market data and pricing insights to guide clients toward the best disposition strategy—whether through auction but also Marketplace-E (Negotiated Sale), or listing.

Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned agricultural territory
Growing sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships
Developing strategic plans to secure potential customers
Coordinating with the "Win Team" to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing
Deep understanding of agricultural machinery, including valuation, pricing, and condition assessment
Existing network in the Italian agricultural sector
Fluency in Italian and professional-level English
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Sales commission plan

Company car, laptop, mobile phone, and expense account
You must be able to travel within Italy 2–3 nights per week to cover your territory
