Are you a professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and fast developing business? By joining us in Seregno (Italy) as Inside Sales Engineer, you will become part of the Final Control / Pressure Management team .

We're looking for a motivated professional to support our Outside Sales team in the Industrial Business. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, ensuring timely quotations, providing technical support, and coordinating effectively to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

This addition to our team is key to strengthening our market presence, enhancing responsiveness to customer needs, and achieving the ambitious growth targets we've set for the Italian market.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Qualifying customer requests to ensure quotations meet their application and operational needs.
* Preparing accurate and timely quotations, ensuring technical and commercial validation to offer the best overall solution.
* Following up on quotations and supporting Outside Sales in driving opportunities forward.
* Negotiating sales orders within the agreed delegation of authority and company guidelines.
* Using CRM tools effectively, maintaining accurate and complete customer and quotation records.
* Ensuring Purchase Orders are commercially complete and compliant with internal procedures for order entry.
* Providing technical and commercial support by answering customer questions, advising on solutions, and coordinating with manufacturing sites or Product Specialists on specific requests.
* Maintaining professional and ethical standards by complying with Emerson's Trade Compliance, Quality Management, and Ethics policies, while continuously developing knowledge through training and KPI-focused performance.

Who You Are:

You are a technically skilled and customer-focused engineer with a strong understanding of industrial solutions and a passion for delivering tailored, high-impact proposals. You thrive in collaborative environments, easily bridging technical and commercial needs. Proactive and detail-oriented, you take ownership of challenges and drive results with precision and clarity. Your strong communication skills and CRM expertise make you a reliable partner to both customers and cross-functional teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience
* Solid technical understanding, preferably in instrumentation and process control
* Ideally, experience in a technical sales role within an industrial automation environment (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life sciences, refining)*
* Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
* Fluency in English and Italian

*This position could also be a great opportunity for a recent graduate with strong technical skills or a genuine interest in industrial automation, as we have a strong and supportive team ready to help develop the right talent.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

* Previous experience with similar technical products
