BS/MS degree mechanical or electric/electronic engineering (or a related field)Strong technical background with proven records of successful experiences (at least 3 years) and projects in automotive industriesStrong business sense and industry expertiseDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in international environmentsAbility to quickly react to customer requests and to work under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English language required, German is a plus)Sales experience and/or MBA is a plus
Tasks
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base, ensure its strong presence and company profitability.Report to Sales Director status and forecast of opportunities, contract award and ongoing proposals.Identify market evolutions while being fully aware of new products/service and competition status.Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
