PpWhere passion meets opportunity /p pThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pAs a member of the Global Digital Marketing Team, the Web Content Coordinator is responsible for managing the content of MSC Cruises’ consumer stores. This role ensures that product information and promotional messages are engaging, user-focused, and support online bookings and business goals. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liStick with the web content plan according to the Corporate and specific markets needs, focusing on online sales priorities and product information. /li liCreate /localise effective promotional and product messages and visual assets, in cooperation with Digital Sales aligned with the global and local sales strategy, to engage users and promote online revenues. /li liBe responsible of the content delivery and publication, working with different stakeholders (UX, SEO, Digital Sales) gathering and applying requirements. /li liConfigure and test discounts, promotional campaigns, merchandising settings, and product information. /li liSet the online exposure for cruise offerings (filters, sorting, categories, product ranking...) and upload contents and assets ancillaries’ digital catalog. /li liEnsure all website content is aligned and updated, with a strong focus on the users’ point of view. Multi-testing devices testing is expected to meet the website quality standards. /li liApply SEO optimization guidelines to attract qualified organic traffic. /li liSet and deliver landing pages, labels, forms and additional content assets. /li liMonitor website performances and provide insights into the content effectiveness. /liliPartner with internal and external stakeholders (UX, SEO, Media, Analytics, Social Media, CRM, Trade teams, Markets, Creative agencies) to ensure content supports business objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in web content management/digital, e-commerce, and UX writing, ideally in a digital agency or e-business company. /li liNative-level English proficiency. /li liProficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore as well as content performance tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Target.
