Experteer Overview
In this role you drive service contract sales and customer satisfaction within Technogym’s Services. You will manage contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and support the field Sales team to ensure timely cash collection and high retention. The position connects you with cross‑functional teams to enhance service offerings and overall fitness experience. You’ll operate in a multinational, matrix environment and act as a key contributor to meeting 100% customer satisfaction goals.

* Organize local service contract sales procedures and ensure contract accuracy
* Identify upsell opportunities and help define new service products
* Manage end‑to‑end sales processes for contracts at risk of expiry or out of warranty
* Resolve invoicing queries to enable timely cash collection
* Ensure retention of existing service contracts and high customer satisfaction
* Maintain data and systems to support sales activities
* Provide proactive support to the field Sales team
Responsabilità
* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
* Fluency in English
* Experience in multinational companies with a matrix organization
* Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities – SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax would be a plus
* Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions
* Knowledge of after‑sales activities, warranty costs and related management skills
* Experience in managing client requests and complaints
* Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
