PbSocial network you want to login/join with: /b /ph3Business Development Manager (South Italy), Bolzano /h3pbClient: /b Hanwha Vision Europe /ppbLocation: /b South Italy / Bolzano /ppbJob Category: /b Other /ppbEU work permit required: /b Yes /ph3Job Reference: /h3 h3Job Views: /h3p4 /ph3Posted: /h3 h3Job Description: /h3pbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliBuild relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales. /liliAchieve sales objectives through market analysis and influence decision makers. /liliPlan short and medium-term sales strategies, collaborating with the Product Management team. /liliManage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program. /liliSupport Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. /liliEngage in end user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and maintain product information updates. /liliIncrease project pipeline and revenue, create new customer opportunities, and report weekly on sales progress. /liliConduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute to marketing plans. /liliFocus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting to meet budgets and targets. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven success in business development or sales roles. /liliExtensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. /liliAbility to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals. /liliKnowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and networking channels. /liliExperience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus. /liliUnderstanding of network video systems and topology. /liliBusiness or technical degree preferred. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliStrong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact the market positively. /liliIndependent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. /liliOrganized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. /liliSelf-motivated, with project management and communication skills. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluent in English and at least one European language. /liliValid driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan or South Italy region, involving extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
