PpPosted: /ppJob reference: 9cab89d6bc d71f2aa4ec2d746d /ph3Job information /h3pLocation /ppClient / Employer /ppJob reference /pp9cab89d6bc d71f2aa4ec2d746d /ppListing type /ppBasic /ppEU work permit required /ppNo /ppPosted /p pHartmann Young is partnered with a growing European plant-based ingredient producer supplying the food markets, with recent investment in dry extraction technology and clear ambitions to scale across Central Europe. /ppThe business operates at volume scale today while actively moving into higher-value segments, creating an opportunity for a commercially strong Sales Manager to take ownership of Northern Italy and drive the next phase of growth. /ppAs Sales Manager, you will own commercial performance across Northern Italy, building a robust customer base while developing new routes to market for plant protein solutions. /ppYou will be responsible for: /pulliDeveloping and growing sales across Northern Italy /liliBuilding and managing a strong food-focused customer book, with exposure to pet food /liliSelling plant protein solutions including pea-based ingredients, concentrates and dry-extracted products /liliDeveloping new accounts through direct commercial activity, trade fairs and on-the-road sales /liliManaging and working alongside distributor partners while expanding direct customer relationships /liliLeading commercial negotiations, pricing and volume-based agreements /liliProviding market insight to support longer-term opportunities, including nutraceutical applications /liliRepresenting the business with customers, distributors and at key industry events /liliWe’re looking for someone who understands how volume-driven food ingredients are sold, scaled and commercialised across European markets. /li /ulpYou will ideally bring: /pulliExperience selling food ingredients, proteins or volume-based raw materials /liliA strong commercial track record across Italy or Southern Europe /liliAn established customer or distributor network (not junior) /liliProven ability to open new markets and build territory ownership /liliStrong commercial instincts with a trader or technically led sales mindset /liliComfort operating autonomously in a lean, entrepreneurial environment /liliWillingness to travel regularly across the region /li /ulpWhy This Opportunity? /ppThis is a commercially compelling role offering: /pulliOwnership of Northern Italy with long-term account responsibility /liliA growing ingredient platform with existing production and customers /liliRecent investment in dry extraction and processing capability /liliHigh-impact role in a small, agile commercial team /liliCompetitive base salary with volume-driven bonus structure /liliFlexible location with remote working and regular market travel /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
