The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation with local Italian travel agents, strategic business relationships in Sicily, and a broad understanding of travel technology. We offer a competitive compensation package along with an attractive bonus program! Job description : Onboarding, training, and building confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM B2B platform. Maintain existing business, developing strong commercial and personal relationships between partners. Regular site visits (minimum 3-4 days a week), supporting agents on-site and online, conducting trainings/webinars, and introducing new products to increase sales. Regular reporting to the Regional Manager. Qualifications : Previous experience in the travel industry is essential (minimum 3 years in a similar position). Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style, with excellent business communication skills. Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management. Proven track record in developing new/existing sales in Italy with online travel platforms. Strong sales skills within the local Italian travel industry.
