Restaurant Manager
to join our team at the property located in Ragusa for the upcoming 2026 season.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of houseDeliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfactionPromote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktailsRespond effectively and accurately to guest complaintsRegularly assess product qualityOrganize and supervise staff shiftsContinuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivityEnsure compliance with hygiene and safety regulationsManage reservationsWork closely with colleagues from other departments
Requirements:
At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishmentsFluent English proficiency;knowledge of French is considered a plusStrong problem-solving skillsTeam spirit and collaborationPositive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills-
