We are currently looking for a:


KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER


MISSION

As a Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the company’s growth within the B2B channel. Your mission is to consolidate Carglass leadership by transforming major clients Insurance Companies into long-term strategic partners. Using a high-level consultative approach, you will maximize claims channeling toward our network, optimizing both customer experience and commercial value.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers, acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a service provider.
* Negotiate and renew complex commercial agreements, identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling/up-selling) within the Large Account portfolio.
* Collaborate with the Growth & Revenue team to define pricing strategies and commercial terms for key accounts, ensuring a balance between competitiveness and profitability, while aligning sales proposals with corporate growth objectives
* Constantly monitor and analyse sales KPIs (TUR, Average Job Price, Market Share). Translate data into concrete action plans to ensure budget alignment.
* To work closely with key accounts to identify additional strategic initiatives in order to strengthen the relationship as well as providing potential new revenue streams.
* Partner with the Marketing team to implement co-branding campaigns and initiatives designed to improve channeling and brand advocacy.
* To provide regular reports for key accounts be they weekly, monthly or quarterly, and to follow up with exception or other reporting needs.
* To fully understand the strategy, goals and drivers of the key accounts and to work

collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure that Carglass® are able to swiftly react and exploit opportunities that arise.

* Act as the primary pivot between the Client and internal departments (Operations, Finance, IT) to resolve operational issues, optimize billing processes, ensure that the debt levels are kept to a minimum and ensure top-tier quality standards.
* To provide leadership, by role-modelling Company values and managing cross-functional relationships to make things happen, throughout the business as befitting a member of the Senior Management Team.
* Interface with the Belron Group for the management of International Large Accounts, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
* Monitor insurance and automotive market trends and competitor moves to proactively anticipate client needs.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

* 5 years of experience in managing commercial relationships with Large Accounts is required, preferably within structured B2B environments (Insurance, multinationals, large Automotive companies, Financial Services, or public entities)
* Previous experience in the Insurance market is considered a strong plus.
* Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferrable.
* Fluency in English is mandatory
* Knowledge of Salesforce is required
