Your mission is to build strong commercial relationships with leading QSR brands while helping us sustainably grow our market share.
You will develop and grow long-term customer partnerships, ensuring they have the right equipment, components, and solutions to maintain efficient commercial kitchens.
From everyday operational items to major equipment, you will be the trusted partner behind their success.
In this role, you will help ensure that some of the world’s most recognized restaurant brands operate seamlessly - every day.
Your tasks
1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers in the QSR and HoReCa sector
2. Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer retention and expansion
3. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored foodservice solutions and equipment
4. Proactively sell utensils, components and equipment to prevent operational disruptions
5. Identify and acquire new customers, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge
6. Lead sales negotiations, close contracts, and consistently achieve targets
Requirements
7. Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in: QSR / HoReCa / Gastronomy or technical installations
8. Previous QSR experience in field operations and/or training is a plus
9. Strong track record in account development and long-term relationship management
10. Confident negotiation and closing skills
11. Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications of equipment
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Highly organized, proactive, and customer-centric mindset
14. Willingness to travel frequently (~50%)
15. Valid Category B driving licence
16. University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) is a plus
