Responsabilità
* Develop sales of the full portfolio in the assigned zones, meeting shared objectives.
* Analyze market, plan strategy to optimize visit quality and scheduling.
* Coordinate medical scientific informers and agents through local contacts.
* Plan, implement and monitor local investments.
* Organize training events for interested doctors.
* Manage relationships with KOLs.
* Constantly monitor sales results of each ISF through reporting, target setting, visit averages and frequencies.
Competenze e requisiti
* Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnologies, Chemistry, Medicine, Surgery, other types minor).
* Solid knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market Access; Master in area management considered a plus.
* Minimum 3‑5 years of experience on specialist target with focus on nutritionists, fisiatrists, geriatric, diabetologists, and vulnerable.
* Excellent relational and communication skills.
* Experience with dedicated management systems (CRM).
* Determination and proactive approach.
* Strong organisational capabilities.
* Availability for frequent travel within the assigned area.
