Ph3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and spirits, with precision and artistry. /li liAssisting the Chef de Bar in managing daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service flow and guest satisfaction. /li liMaintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and ingredients. /li liEnsuring all beverages are prepared and presented according to established recipes and presentation standards. /li liInteracting with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations. /li liAssisting with inventory control, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring product levels. /li liOperating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry and payment processing. /li liAdhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly concerning food and beverage handling. /li liSupporting the Chef de Bar in training new team members and fostering a collaborative working environment. /li liLearning and mastering new cocktail recipes and bar techniques. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Bartender or Demi Chef de Bar, preferably in a high‑end bar, restaurant, or luxury hotel. /li liSolid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers. /li liStrong mixology skills and creativity in drink preparation. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service. /li liAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. /li liAttention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, and bar cleanliness. /li liBasic understanding of inventory management and cost control in a bar setting. /li liFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
