I am seeking a commercially minded and proactive hospitality professional to support business growth within the corporate, meetings, events, and group travel segments across a luxury hospitality portfolio in Europe.
This position is suited to someone with a strong sales mindset, experience managing group and event enquiries, and the ability to convert opportunities into confirmed business while maintaining high service standards throughout the client journey.
Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to group, meetings, and event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Negotiate, convert, and contract group business while maximizing revenue opportunities
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with commercial objectives and sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and external partners
Maintain accurate account and activity records within internal systems and CRM platforms
Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution
Support overall commercial performance through strong conversion management and account development
Candidate ProfileCommercially driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Positive and solutions-focused approach
Previous experience in hospitality sales, group coordination, or meetings & events is advantageous
Familiarity with hotel systems and event platforms is preferred
Fluent English required;
additional European languages are a plus
Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
