This role leads the commercial expansion of innovative specialty fertilizers and biostimulants across Europe and global markets, driving revenue growth, developing strategic distributors, and accelerating the adoption of advanced crop‐nutrition technologies.
1. Business & Market Development
Achieve revenue and margin growth targets by increasing the customer base across Europe and the assigned international markets.
Accelerate the introduction of new, high‐value technologies and formulations.
Identify, select and develop the distributors, focusing on technically skilled partners capable of managing complex product portfolios.
Expand the commercial network in key markets such as Poland, Ukraine, the Ex‐Yugoslavian countries and Eastern Europe (excluding Germany, France and Spain, already managed).
Scout and establish new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company's positioning in both existing and new markets.
2. Sales Network Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage Area Managers
Report directly to the General Manager.
3. Operational Activities & Planning
Prepare the annual sales budget and monthly sales forecasts in line with corporate objectives and assigned guidelines.
Participate in major international fairs, industry events and technical field visits.
Understand, with the support of the technical team, the company's production processes, new plants and specific technical components, ensuring effective communication with customers and technical partners.
Support the production and supply chain teams in managing orders, priorities and operational constraints.
Requisiti
Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Biology or related disciplines. Solid technical expertise in crop nutrition, biostimulants, bioactivators and specialty fertilizers. Proven experience as a Sales in companies active in specialty fertilizers and/or biostimulants. Strong business development background and a well‐established network of distributors across Europe. Experience working in the field, closely interacting with distributors, partners and growers.
