Position Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The role includes generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns. Primary Responsibilities: Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow the business within the FX industry. Expand our network of Introducing Brokers and Partners. Maintain contact with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction. Build and manage your own portfolio of clients. Follow up on queries and provide prompt feedback to clients. Achieve and exceed monthly targets. Training and support will be provided. Experience and Qualifications: A diploma or degree in any field is preferred. Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is required. Excellent oral and written English skills. Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
