You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.br/Please note that this job opportunity is bBologna office based. /b /p h3THE JOURNEY /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication. /li liUnderstand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. /li liManipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo. /li liDrive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations and menu optimization. /li liTake ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service. /li /ul pTake full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.br/ /p h3WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery industry. /li liBachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or is a plus. /li liYou’re motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage /li liProblem solver, data‑driven with an analytical approach based on details. /li liYou are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution to drive results. /li liGood knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus. /li /ul pNative level of Italian is required as proficiency in bEnglish /b. /p pIndividuals representing diverse profiles, band abilities, /b encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
