Context and purpose of the job
As Junior Area manager you will join the Sales Department with a focus on wholesale. In particular, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our sportswear brand. You will have the opportunity to meet and relate with important clients of the Armani Group all over the world.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in effectively monitoring potential opportunities to explore and issues to be managed
Assist the commercial management department in ensuring the proper implementation of distribution policies for the designated geographical areas
Interface with company departments (Showroom, Customer Service, Training, Visual, etc.) to ensure the achievement of established budget goals
Support in the analysis of KPIs to monitor sales performances and prepare periodic reports on the relevant geographical areas
Provide feedback to Sales Management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and competitor strategies
Requirements
1/2 years of experience in similar roles
Degree in Economics or related field
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Spanish (both written and spoken)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Passion for the fashion industry and a keen interest in sportswear trends and brands
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Availability to travel
