Junior shoes designer

Fashion menswear footwear company is looking for a Junior Shoes Designer based in Milan.

The person will work directly with the Design Team in a dynamic and creative environment.

You will:

• Support the Head of in the development of upcoming collections
• Participate in creative research and trend analysis
• Create sketches using Adobe
• Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications including color palettes, constructions, materials, and accessories

Ideal Profile:

• Degree or background in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or Product Design
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong ability in technical and freehand drawing
• Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility
• Passion for menswear footwear and fashion
• Fluent in both English and Italian
