We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer, a full-time and remote position based in Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communications and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sale support.
* Ensure partners understand the USPs of EcoFlow products and services via training and interaction.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales support, with preference for those experienced in residential energy storage.
* Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry and willingness to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
