Experteer Overview
As Sales Manager in the Turin area, you drive commercial activities with key OEM customers and steer RFQ processes to secure profitable growth across the program lifecycle. You lead quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives, while supporting series sales and ongoing customer programs. You contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization. This role offers impact through partnering with cross‑functional teams and shaping customer‑focused outcomes.

* Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers
* Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives
* Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP
* Coordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements
* Manage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications
* Support Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization
Responsabilità
* Experience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management
* Experience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Leadership or coordination experience
* Professional proficiency in English and Italian
* Open mindset and willingness to adopt digital tools and new ways of working (including AI‑based tools)
