OverviewExperteer OverviewAs Director of Sales you will be the second leader in the Sales & Marketing team, driving revenue across all market segments for Bvlgari Hotel Milano. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales force while building lasting relationships with ultra‐high‐net-worth clients and key partners. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to uphold luxury brand standards and exceptional client service. This is a high-visibility role with a clear impact on revenue, brand elevation, and cross-functional collaboration.Retribuzione / BenefitsDevelop and execute the hotel sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives and brand positioningDrive top-line revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups & Events, MICE, and EntertainmentIdentify new business opportunities in domestic and international marketsManage and grow a robust pipeline of accounts with qualified leads and confirmed businessOversee key accounts across segments including corporate, leisure, entertainment, and luxury travel tradeBuild relationships with entertainment professionals, talent agencies, production companies, and luxury travel networksLead, mentor, and coach the sales team and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, F&B, and OperationsRepresent the department at senior levels in the absence of the DirectorProvide senior-level client management for top-tier accounts and VIPsProduce sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses; monitor KPIs and data integrityResponsabilitàMinimum 7 years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experienceAt least 3 years in a senior sales leadership roleProven ability to generate and convert revenue across multiple international marketsExperience with globally recognised luxury hotel brands or ultra-luxury propertiesStrong network across corporate, entertainment, and luxury travel sectorsProficiency in hotel PMS and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); knowledge of revenue management toolsFluent English; Italian advantageous; additional languages considered a plusRequisiti fondamentalicompetitive remuneration with incentiveaccess to Marriott International benefits and career developmentdynamic and culturally rich working environment in Milansenior leadership visibilityglobal networking opportunitiesequal opportunity employer
