Responsibilities
* Lead Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service teams, driving new business acquisition while strengthening existing customer relationships.
* Develop effective sales strategies, pricing approaches, and cross-sell initiatives to maximise value and retention.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across areas such as fleet, mobility, energy, and connectivity.
* Execute structured sales processes, deliver service excellence, and pursue continuous improvement in performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
* Extensive senior leadership experience in a B2B services environment, with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth and leading dispersed, multi-site teams.
* Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven organisations; proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
* Fluency in Italian and English preferred; flexibility to travel across Italy and to international headquarters.
