Maintaining existing business and developing strong commercial and personal relationships with partners. Regular site visits (minimum 3-4 days a week), supporting agents on-site and online, conducting trainings/webinars, and introducing new products to increase sales. Regular reporting to the Regional Manager. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience in the travel industry, particularly in a similar role. Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with excellent business communication skills. Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management. Proven experience in developing new/existing sales in Italy with online travel platforms. Strong sales skills and a successful track record in the local Italian travel industry.
