Key Responsibilities : Proactively build and expand a strong network and customer portfolio through strategic relationship development and market engagement. Responsible for sales to assigned customers to achieve yearly sales and profit targets. Develop and maintain partnerships with assigned customers. Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, back conditions, and commercial strategy with assigned customers. Resolve financial and logistics issues with assigned customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers. Identify new opportunities, define benchmarks, and enlarge our business scale. Plan monthly promotion activities and marketing campaigns with assigned customers and analyze ROI of promo plans. Inform the organization about opportunities and challenges, prepare counterplans, and act as a market leader. Visit key shops frequently to ensure proper product display. Support marketing team to increase visibility and improve brand image in stores of assigned customers. Analyze and improve display share and sellout by shops of assigned customers. Create sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly) on sales process, status, and forecast; analyze turnover data, gather marketing information, and monitor invoices. Maintain ongoing analysis of market share per product group by account. Qualifications : Proven track record with an existing network of key customers and partners in the Italian consumer electronics and major domestic appliances (MDA) market. At least 5 years of professional sales experience in MDA industry. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse individuals.
