Responsibilities
* Work operationally in the dining room during service, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings.
* Coordinate staff in the dining room, supporting the General Manager and driving exceptional customer service.
* Optimize sales through effective upselling techniques, enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
* Monitor and analyze restaurant KPIs, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
* English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
* A strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
Contract Details
This is a full-time position, working 6 days a week with variable shifts. A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with skills and experience.
