What you'll do Support product discovery by contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and synthesis of insights.Contribute to planning by helping structure scope, track progress, and surface risks or dependencies early.Test new features and make sure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.Define and monitor success metrics for the features you support, helping the team learn from launches and iterate.
Strong analytical and structured thinking: you can break down problems, ask good questions, and reason clearly even when information is incomplete.Comfort working with data: you understand why metrics matter and are motivated to use data to support decisions.Experience working with software teams, or agile environments.Exposure to coding, Machine Learning/AI, analytics, or dashboarding tools.Fluency in Italian or Spanish in addition to English.
