CLIENT ADVISOR PART TIME - ROME

OFFERING:
* Salary up to €28K prorata, according to experience
* Great Benefits and Individual Commissions
* 24 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
* Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
* Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
* Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 2year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
* Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
* Fluent in English language
