Ph3About The Position /h3pWe are looking for an EMEA Product Manager to join the Product Management Team of the Aftermarket Division. This position is based at our office in Corbetta. /ph3Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3ulliManage and oversee the assigned product lines throughout their entire life cycle. /liliTake responsibility for the turnover and profitability of the assigned product lines. /liliConduct competitor benchmarking and car-park analysis, and define and manage the strategic positioning of the assigned product lines to ensure proper market coverage. /liliCollaborate with countries’ Trade Marketing teams to gather market needs, identify new opportunities and ensure the necessary technical and commercial support for the assigned product area. /liliSupport the Purchasing team in defining technical requirements of the products and targets relating to purchase expenses. /liliManage the purchasing process for MAKE products within the assigned product lines. /liliOrganize and deliver training to distributors, customers and sales force about the key characteristics of the assigned product lines. /liliCollaborate with the Marketing Communication team to create informative material. /liliDefine branding and packaging strategies for the assigned product lines in collaboration with the Marketing Communication team. /liliProvide technical support for the assigned product lines during trade shows and events. /liliUpdate data and catalogs related to the assigned product area in collaboration with the Marketing Communication and Marketing Systems teams. /li /ulh3What Qualifications You Will Bring /h3ulliDegree in Economics or Engineering. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex, international and multi-product companies. /liliFluency in both Italian and English. /liliKnowledge of the market. /liliEconomic, statistical and marketing expertise. /liliTechnical product knowledge. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. /liliWillingness to travel for business within the geographical area of reference. /li /ulh3Other Skills That We Would Welcome /h3ulliStrong business acumen and analytical skills. /liliA blend of sales and marketing insight, with a passion for the automotive. /liliAbility to dig into detail. /liliEffective communication: ability to interact and communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders in different situations (colleagues, suppliers, agencies, etc…). /liliLeadership and collaborative propensity: capability to take important decisions in a fast-paced environment leading to results and to share and cooperate actively with the team. /liliFlexibility and adaptability: ability to face unexpected changes and react to new circumstances.
