OverviewAmazon Ads is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales Account Management Italy to lead and grow our Account Management team in Italy.

In this senior leadership role, you will build and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, drive advertiser success, retention and accelerate revenue growth across the full suite of Amazon Ads solutions—from Sponsored Ads and Display to Programmatic and Premium formats.You will serve as the senior point of contact for strategic advertisers and agencies in Italy, working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions and ensure long-term client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear goals, coaching for performance, fostering a culture of accountability and growthOwn the Italy AM business, driving revenue targets, advertiser retention, and upsell/cross-sell across Amazon Ads productsDefine and execute go-to-market strategies for key accounts and verticals in the Italian marketChampion advertising best practices, including campaign strategy, ad format selection, audience targeting, and measurement frameworksDrive programmatic adoption and AdTech solutions (DSP, AMC, 1P data activation) among advertisers and agency partnersCollaborate with Sales (AEs), Programmatic Solutions Consultants (PSCs), Campaign & Creative Managers (CCMs), and cross-functional service teams to deliver integrated client solutionsRepresent Amazon Ads at senior client meetings, industry events, and agency summits in ItalyPartner with EU country leads and regional leadership to align on strategy and contribute to EU-wide initiativesTrack and report on key performance metrics (GMS, YoY growth, account coverage, deal pipeline) and present insights to senior stakeholdersQualificationsAccount Management experience; Italian speakerEEO and PrivacyAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
