In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This position will start as a freelance consulting role for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both healthcare practitioners with physical locations and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media). /liliIdentify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements. /liliIdentify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products. /liliNurture and build relationships with these practitioners. /liliAdvise on evolving the mindbodygreen practitioner program to make it innovative and market-leading, leveraging our ecosystem. /liliCollaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources that showcase the benefits of integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices. /liliCreate templates and systems to respond to FAQs from practitioners, scaling the program. /liliPartner with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotions to drive online sales and brand awareness. /liliIdentify practitioners suitable for social media amplification that fit the mindbodygreen brand. /liliWork with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliResults-oriented, proactive, organized, with a proven track record in a remote environment. /lili3-5 years of successful experience in supplements sales, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries. /liliUnderstanding of affiliate marketing via newsletters and social media is a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs. /liliExcellent communication skills, both internal and external. /liliAn advanced degree in nutrition or related fields is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
